At Dahlia & Grace, we keep shipping simple, reliable, and transparent. You’ll receive clear timelines, consistent delivery, and updates at every stage of your order.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.


Shipping Origin

Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfilment centre.


Shipping Speed & Order Cut-Off

Order Cut-Off Time
17:00 (GMT), Monday to Friday

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time & Cost

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 4–9 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free

We work with trusted delivery partners such as:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD

Courier selection depends on parcel size, weight, and destination.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can monitor your delivery status at any time using this link.


Address Changes

Before Dispatch
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.

After Dispatch
Address changes may not be possible. However, some couriers allow delivery preferences to be updated via the tracking link.


Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking link for updates
  • Look for delivery attempt notifications
  • Check with neighbours or safe locations

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@molteva.com with your order number.

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may arrive in multiple parcels at no additional cost.
Each shipment will include its own tracking link.
